As the year 2020 came to a close, the air travel industry continued to navigate through the challenges posed by the global situation. Sensor Tower provides insights into how the top air travel apps performed on Android devices in France during the fourth quarter of the year.

Air France - Book a flight saw a decrease in downloads from 5.7K in the last week of September to 4.8K by the end of December. Weekly active users also followed a downward trend, starting at approximately 23K and decreasing to roughly 20K in the same period.

Ryanair experienced a decrease in downloads from 3.2K to 2.2K over the quarter. Its active users showed a more stable pattern, starting at around 29K and ending the quarter with 23K weekly active users.

The Flightradar24 Flight Tracker app showed a mixed trend in revenue, with a peak of roughly $2K in late September and a subsequent drop to $1.8K by the end of December. Downloads peaked at 3.9K in the third week of December, while weekly active users saw a decline from 17K to 18K over the quarter.

easyJet: Travel App downloads saw a decline from 2.3K to 1.7K, and weekly active users decreased from 38K to 30K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Transavia downloads went from 1.5K to 1.7K, showing a slight increase towards the end of the year. The app's weekly active users rose modestly from 5.7K to 5.4K by the quarter's end.
